01Who is responsible

Teonix Studios (Buenos Aires, Argentina) is responsible for the data it receives through this site. For any question about your data: info@teonixstudios.com.

02What data we receive and why

Only what you send us:

• Demo form: name, email, company, phone (optional), sector and message. We use it to reply and arrange the demo.
• Freelancer form: name, email, phone (optional), area, portfolio, LinkedIn or social profile, estimated rate and message. We use it to review your profile and contact you if a project comes up.
• If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we use what you send only to reply.

03Who we share it with

We do not sell or hand over your data. Form submissions are processed through Netlify, which hosts the site and receives them on our behalf, and they reach our inbox.

The trailer video loads from YouTube only when you press play, in its enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you visit the site.

04Cookies and measurement

We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track people across sites: it counts page views and aggregate data such as country, device type and referring page.

Your browser also stores a language preference, so the language-switch notice is not repeated. It contains no personal data.

05How long we keep it

For as long as the business conversation lasts and, for freelancer profiles, while we consider future collaborations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

06Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@teonixstudios.com, wherever you are.

Processing is governed by Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the supervisory authority under Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints about non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
